Hi there! Welcome to my humble home page. I'm Forrest, artist and writer of CRISIS BEASTS, the place you've popped into today.

I'm an Australian with a passion for art and little creatures, and I've been drawing them for as long as I can remember. I've been aspiring to do a larger creative project with them for a long time. With the introduction of Gen-AI into daily life, I finally felt a push to put something personal and handmade onto a corner of the web.

I first fell in love with drawing when I was a child - growing up on virtual world games full of animals and humanoids left a lasting impression on me! I would spend hours a day drawing those wolves, foxes, penguins, and lanky humans. Now, I'm still drawing the same things, just with a little more precision.

 

While I took an art class for a short time in high school, most of my learning is independent from the classroom. If you have any art books to recommend me, massage my socials! My Bluesky, Tumblr, and DeviantArt are all linked at the top of the page.
